How does massage therapy work?
Massage therapy improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints.
Why do people get massage therapy?
Back pain, Inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and tendonitis, Stress relief and stress-related conditions, Headaches and migraines, Muscle and related conditions such as spasms, strains and sprains, Repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Circulatory and respiratory problems, Post-injury and post surgical rehabilitation. Massage therapy relieves stress!!!
Are your massage therapists trained & licensed?
All of the massage therapists that work with Premier Massage Group, Inc. are professionally licensed, trained, and insured. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with the documentation of any therapist(s) we send to you.
Do I have a choice of a Male or Female therapist?
Yes – we do accommodate your male or female preference based on your level of comfort. However, those who are not gender specific when it comes to their therapist will have a greater chance of receiving the date and time they are requesting for treatment.
What is the appropriate dress for a massage?
It’s totally up to your level of comfort. It’s important for you to know our therapists are professional, and your massage is performed in a professional manner with a sheet covering everywhere except for the area with which the therapist is working. It is customary to wear your undergarments.
I'm pregnant. Can I still get a massage?
Massage can be very beneficial for women during pregnancy. Be sure to disclose this information when booking your massage. It is not recommended for women in their first trimester. We request you consult your doctor before you schedule any type of massage therapy.
How much space is needed?
Space requirements are minimal - only a small area is needed for the therapist to set up their massage table/chair and have enough room to move around comfortably. Most hotel rooms or residences will have plenty of room.
An empty office or meeting room is ideal for chair visits- though our massage therapists are flexible and can work in a variety of locations.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes - We offer significant discounts for volume and recurring bookings in our Premier V.I.P. Club program! We also offer a 10% discount for Non-Profit Organizations. Plus anyone can receive our ongoing promotion for $5 off your first service with us! Please Contact Us for more details on specials and coupons.
Are there any extra costs involved?
NO! No extra costs or hidden fees! Everything is included in our pricing except gratuity.
When can I get a Massage?
We offer massage services 7 Days a Week with our first appointment at 9am and our last appointment starting at 9pm. All massages are scheduled based on the availability of our therapists.
How do I schedule a massage?
There are two ways to schedule an individual appointment! Click SHOWTIMES to create your own client account where you can manage your contact information, schedule massages, pick your therapist, receive confirmation emails for paid services, track your history, and more! Or, you can call the Premier Box Office at 407-210-6506, Mon-Fri 9-5pm, and a member of our administrative staff will assist you.
To schedule an office visit, event, or couples massage requiring two or more therapists, please call the Premier Box Office at 407-210-6506 during operating hours for scheduling assistance.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Individual Appointment or Couples Massage: 24hrs notice is our policy. Same day service is accommodated based on availability and incurs a $20 convenience charge.
Office Visit or Event: requiring multiple therapists, 1 week notice is preferred.
How do I pay for services?
Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. Excluding gratuity, no cash or personal checks will be accepted.
You may make reservation requests online for free, but payment in full is required at time of confirmation scheduling for all services! You may purchase and personalize electronic gift certificates online using our secure online store check out system!
Are gratuities or tips expected?
Gratuities are not included in the price of your massage, and it is customary to tip your therapist! It is an excellent way to let the massage therapists know that they've done an outstanding job. The average amount is 10% - 20% and you may tip with cash or add it to your credit card by signing the tip receipt your therapist will provide you at time of service. It is up to the individual therapist to accept gratuity in the form of a personal check.
What's your Cancellation / Refund policy?
To cancel, call the Premier Box Office at 407-210-6506 ASAP or if you scheduled your appointment online you may return to your site and click cancel.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel with 24 hours notice - No charges will be assessed! To cancel with less than 24hrs notice – Charges in full will be assessed! If you are a “No Show” - Your therapist will wait a total of 15mins past the scheduled appointment time, if you do not show up, charges in full will be assessed! To avoid this scenario, simply call ahead of time.
Sorry, No Refunds! All services rendered will be final for the therapist’s time and/or travel.
